High Season 2024: January 1-March 31     $200/night

Green Season 2024: April 1-October 31        $141/night

High Season 2024: November 1-December 20    $200/night

Holiday Week: December 21-January 1        $250/night

High Season 2025: January 1-March 31       $200/night

Taxes and Fees

All rental rates add 13% tax and $50 cleaning fee.
